If you are unhappy with your box for a legitimate reason such as: the box has missing meals, the box was damaged or the box did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund if it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our Website will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
